They cultivate 10 hectares of vineyards in the Franconian vineyards Volkacher Ratsherr, Volkacher Kirchberg, Dettelbacher Honigberg and Escherndorfer Lump using the latest and most modern wine making techniques in a way that is close to nature and environmentally friendly. The mineral-rich mussel limestone soils and the hot, Franconian summers produce white wines that are rich in extract and full of character.
