Brilla
Combination of the world of Prosecco with one of the greatest expressions of style and elegance: Jewels. Brilla bottle is the result of a design project that goes beyond a simple bottle of Prosecco: we choose experimentation, creativity and unconventional forms. We have created a texture that is reminiscent of diamonds with a special emphasis on pear shaped diamonds, synonymous of purity and high-end jewelry. Once used to adorn the crowns worn by noblesse, today they are forged into a bottle of Prosecco. Brilla! A glittered label completes the effervescent sparkling packaging.

Exuberant, fresh, cheeky, pleasant and suitable for any occasion.
VENETO REGION
The temperate is mitigated by the sea and the chain of The Alps protect it from Northern winds. Winters are cold and wet, while summers are hot and sultry, with medium temperature excursions.
VINIFICAZIONE
The soft pressed juice is stored in stainless steel tanks for static cold decanting. Once the clean juice is racked and inoculated with selected yeasts it goes through fermentation at a controlled constant temperature of 18°C within eight to 10 days. After a storage period, the winemaker studies a skilled coupage to achieve the Prosecco Spumante base cuvée. Subsequently, the base wine is filtered and saccharose and selected yeasts added to undergo second fermentation (Martinotti - Charmat method) at a controlled temperature of 14-15°C in a pressure tank. Once the required pressure, alcohol and sugar level are reached the wine is refrigerated, cold stabilized (-2/- 3°C), filtered and controlled, before bottling.
TASTING NOTES
It has a typical crisp and delicate perlage, and is a pale, light yellow colour. On the nose, a delicate and complex bouquet with fruity notes that remind of peach and green apple, with second notes of acacia and lilac. It is fresh and light on the palate, with balanced acidity and body, is harmonic, with a long, persistent aftertaste.
Our delivery charges are based on the number of bottles in your order, and each case can hold 12 x 75cl bottles as shown in the table below smaller and larger bottles are pro rata. We do not have a minimum order requirement.
Subject to stock availability and successful payment authorisation, we aim to despatch your order the next working day after you place your order. Our Standard Delivery is a next day service for most of the mainland UK from date of despatch, and The Highlands and Islands areas are on a 2-3 day service normally. As most orders are delivered via our chosen courier company, we cannot offer guaranteed delivery times, however the vast majority of orders placed arrive on the next working day. During busy periods these delivery times may extend. IF YOUR ORDER IS TIME CRITICAL PLEASE RING THE OFFICE TO GET MORE UP TO DATE INFORMATION ON CURRENT DELIVERY TIME SCALES, AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BUT PLEASE NOTE WE ARE COURIER DEPENDENT ONCE THE ORDER LEAVES US, SO WE CANNOT ABSOLUTELY GUARANTEE A DELIVERY DATE.
We are able to hold your order if you would like to organise a day when you are going to be in, to do this just indicate it in the notes box provided in the delivery area of the order process. Please add any other specific delivery requirements in the same box and we will do our best to ensure they are followed, or alternatively call us on 01472 852118 and we will do our best to help you. Our chosen Couriers deliver Monday to Friday between 8.00 am & 6.00 pm.

Please note that all our consignments normally REQUIRE A SIGNATURE on receipt. We will NOT be able to leave your order without someone taking the order in, we cannot leave your order unattended in a porch or garage etc., unless we get written confirmation from you that this is acceptable and that you will take full responsibilty if the parcel goes missing. However we are able to leave it with a neighbour or at an alternative address where they can take the goods in, please indicate this in the box for notes on the delivery page of the order process, if this is a requirement. If no-one answers the door, the address will be carded in the normal manner you should contact the courier or us to get the delivery rescheduled.
Orders under £30 in value will incur a small order £10 carriage charge to standard none surcharged UK delivery areas.
