Hamilton Russell Winery

In 1975, founder Tim Hamilton Russell bought the undeveloped 170 hectare property with the intention to produce top quality cool climate wines. Now these wines are regarded by many as the best in South Africa. Tim's son Antony Hamilton Russell took over the helm in 1991, and bought the property himself in 1994. The Estate specialises in Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
