Johannes Leitz

Johannes Leitz is now one of the superstars of German wine making. He inherited his small Rudesheim estate at an early age and has steadily made several major improvements. He has reduced yields, uses ambient yeasts and also imposed strict hygiene practises to allow the wines to ferment on their lees at a very slow pace.
