Schola Sarmenti

After 3 years of painstaking restoration work, Schola Sarmenti eventually opened the doors to its mid-1800s wine building, which had been abandoned for over 50 years. Not only an old symbol of the Salento oenology, but also an important architectural building has been brought back to its original beauty by the Marras and Calabreses. Inspired by these settings the company, produces a range of outstanding wines which draw on both the terroir and the wine maker's skills.
